Tony Orr oversees all legal matters for Dynamic Energy, including commercial contracts, corporate issues, and general business functions. Tony has managed legal matters for more than 3,500 MW of renewable energy projects. An experienced negotiator, Tony works constructively and creatively to help Dynamic Energy and its customers find win-win solutions to challenging issues.
Prior to joining Dynamic Energy, Tony founded a law firm focused on renewable energy, representing clients in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Germany. He previously worked 10 years in the wind power industry, where he served as in-house counsel to three international wind turbine manufacturers. Tony began his legal career as a commercial litigator and insurance attorney with two nationally recognized law firms.
Tony received his law degree cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. from Indiana University. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania.
