Junior Analyst, Distributed Generation

Current Role
Sophia Haegley serves as Junior Development Analyst, where she supports the origination team as part of the company's analyst group. In her role, she helps evaluate and advance distributed generation opportunities, supporting project origination efforts.

Before joining Dynamic Energy, Sophia worked in the solar industry in both SREC client relations and residential solar. She began her renewable energy career at Sol Systems, where she supported clients participating in solar renewable energy credit programs, and later worked at IGS Energy, focusing on residential solar initiatives. Prior to transitioning into renewable energy, Sophia gained experience in campaign staffing and environmental consulting, building a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, environmental advocacy, and project coordination.

Sophia is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. A Philadelphia native, she is passionate about environmental protection, sustainability, and social justice.

Outside of work, Sophia is dedicated to fostering rescue dogs.  She enjoys spending time with animals and supporting local rescue organizations whenever possible.
