Vice President of Operations

Charles Gildon is Vice President of Operations at Dynamic Energy, where he leads the execution of EPC activities across the company's solar, EV charging, and battery energy storage portfolio. He works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while driving operational consistency and continuous improvement.

Charles brings more than 20 years of experience in the electrical industry, including 15 years supporting large-scale renewable energy projects and a decade in construction project management. Throughout his career, he has led the execution of utility-scale solar projects nationwide, with expertise in EPC operations, procurement, logistics, QA/QC, subcontractor management, financial oversight, and OSHA compliance.

Charles attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University, completed Project Management Institute (PMI) training through the University of Texas, and holds NFPA 70E and OSHA 30 certifications.

Outside of work, Charles enjoys coaching youth sports, traveling, spending time with family, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
