Prior to joining Dynamic Energy, Susan spent six years working at a television station, where she focused on accounts payable operations and process automation. Her experience includes streamlining workflows, improving efficiency, and supporting financial operations through automation initiatives.

Outside of work, Susan enjoys baking and creating content for her YouTube channel, where she shares baking videos and recipes.
