With 10 years of experience at Dynamic Energy, Neal has held various roles, from Construction Manager to Asset Manager to Project Manager.
In his role, Neal brings a wealth of experience in construction management, project oversight, and sustainable design, making significant contributions to the success and efficiency of Dynamic Energy's projects.
Prior to joining Dynamic Energy, Neal worked with a Massachusetts-based company specializing in designing and drafting residential systems. He holds a degree in Architecture from Keene State College and a Master's in Sustainable Design from Philadelphia University.
