Michelle has been in the solar industry for the last 16 years. She started her journey selling residential projects for a small company for a couple years and then joined Elite Solar/Sunworks in 2010 and focused mainly on Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial projects.  With her knowledge of business and sales experience she helped the Sunworks ACI team, expand and increase revenue over the last 14 years.  During her tenure there she managed sales and design teams along with developing and closing her own book of business.  She has been involved in contracting over $120M+ in projects.  Before solar Michelle owned her own business for 14 years and was a licensed sign contractor in CA.  Michelle has passed the NABCEP PV Entry Level exam and used to teach Solar Classes at Butte College in Chico, CA.  She continues to educate herself and others about the Solar Industry and enjoys working with Project Developers, Design and Construction Teams to provide accurate and cost-saving solutions to every client.  When she is not signing contracts with clients she loves playing, hiking and working out with her Wife Elizabeth and her 3 children Kahlo, Ella and Calix.
