Senior Vice President, Business Development

Scott is responsible for business development at Dynamic Energy. Scott’s tenure in renewables and distributed generation technologies has earned him diverse experience along the renewables and solar value chain. With experience as a module manufacturer, module quality auditor, project developer, system owner and financier, and EPC/installer, Scott has an appreciation for multiple perspectives. Whether an end-user system owner, project financier, lessor,  or landowner, Scott brings broad experience to understanding and adding to his client’s goals in developing profitable distributed generation projects.


Prior to Dynamic Energy, Scott worked for solar pioneers including First Solar, OptiSolar, Solyndra, SolarBuyer, groSolar, and General Electric, and has built over 100 successful solar projects in more than a dozen states and several countries. Before his career in distributed generation and renewables, Scott worked for Medtronic bringing implantable cardiac and neurological devices to market and has a passion for health, humans, and the environment.


Scott holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, an M.B.A. from Duke University, and a GE Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
